The CAR SHARE project was born out of the desire the Technology Park of Biscay (Zamudio-Derio) to encourage people to use cars more rationally. The service consists of helping people interested in sharing a private vehicle for a journeyto find each other.

OBJECTIVES

• To give the local public in Technology Park of Biscay (Zamudio-Derio) other journey alternatives, taking into account sustainable measures regarding mobility.
• Reduce pollution and energy consumed by private vehicles.
• Improving the use of public space

HOW DOES IT WORK?

With this service you can see people who have registered for a journey similar to yours. You can contact them by e-mail. You will see their preferences, whether they have a car, the reason for their journey, and more information to make it easier to find people to travel with. You can leave an e-mail for people you consider to be suitable companions for your journey. All immediately and with no intermediaries.
